Most of you who know us, probably know that part of Steve’s life includes being on the Garland City Fire Department. This weekend is the famous Salmon BBQ. It’s the annual fundraiser for the GCFD. If you like Salmon, this is the place for you! Last year was our first year of participation, and I know that since they added on to the GCFD Fire Station, they are able to accomodate people quickly now. I know last year we were caught up after the main rush and waiting for more people! So come on in, we’ll be waiting!

You can read about the it on the Garland City Fire Departments website: www.garlandcityfiredepartment.com You can buy tickets online there!

GCFD Ladies Auxilliary members are selling raffle tickets to some great prizes including Camp Chef grills. It all goes to a great cause. Pick up your raffle tickets from an auxilary member $1 per ticket or $6 for 5.

There is also a Facebook page for Fans of the Fish Fry!

See you there!

Cap and Gown Funness!

May 28, 2010

Our first Cap and Gown Group Day turned out to be a great one! We have some priceless images of fun times and friends. That’s what it’s all about!

Here are the fun ones!

Congrats again to the Class of 2010!

RSVP 435-452-1952 We are doing it from 2-5 pm Super fun and super cheap! Look at the advert below on this page.

We are here to give a shout out to a new local company ran by Josh Marble and Gary Noble – Synergy Restoration Solutions. Our home carpet ws beyond needing a good commercial chemical scrubbing! Josh took care of us today and I am so very happy to have clean carpet! Josh did a great job! Thanks dude! Needless to say we’d highly recommend these guys. Check their Facebook page that I linked to above for contact details.

Seniors or 2011 – Join our mailing list. We will send your household a mailing of our spectacular June Sale! This is a good way to show mom and dad why you want us to take your senior portraits!

Mailing List

I mention seniors because we are getting ready to mail out our awesome  June sale. It only happens once a year. We know not everyone has a computer or has access to our online activity, so sending a mailer is still a great way to keep in touch with our clients and future clients.

Any client, or future client can join our list, you have the option to pick which category you’d like to be informed about Seniors, Families, Weddings, etc..

We also sent out email updates when you provide a valid email during sign ups. We never use this information for anything other than business updates from us. And those will only happen approximately 5-10 times a year.

I remember this senior portrait session so well! Brittnie and her red dress! She looked like a movie star when she put it on!¬† Steve loved loved loved this image! I clearly remember it being one of his favorites. Great memories. I hope Brittnie is doing well! She’s one of those that I don’t think we’ve even bumped into in town since graduation.

Thanks for looking!

We’d like to give a publice CONGRATS to Lisa (Anderson) Pay for her new role in life as Mrs. Jack Pay! We were so happy when she called us for bridals, these are some favorite portraits for us – although we do love to photograph everything under the sun, bridals are just too fun! So we took this pretty girl in her yellow sneakers and photographed her for the biggest day of her life! Jack and Lisa were married in the Manti Temple (last I heard!) So we’d like to tell you thanks and congrats again! It was our pleasure.

-Shelley

Another first for us! We are excited to offer this to our faithful clients and deeply discount the opportunity for your friends! Let’s change up the formal cap and gown shot with something fun with friends in a studio setting! You only graduate once, chances are you and your friends will part paths between schooling and careers, let us make a great memory for you that you can smile about, forever!

Most of the details are in the flier – About the only things I need to add would be:

All people must pay to be in the picture, unless you are a 2010 Steve Harrington Photography senior.

An RSVP is requested with approx group size before the day of the shoot. You can call or text us (add your name to the text) at 435-452-1952

1 image, our choice – so come in ready to have some fun!

Tell a friend! Questions? Call!

If there are more details, I will post them here!

Thanks!

Here is a family session from the year 2007. We remember really enjoying this session and laughing about having so many people in our (then) small studio at one time! This was one of the family groups that we photographed of their whole clan. we would be happy to tell them that we now have plenty of room for their family and then some! And Grampa wouldn’t have to worry about walking down a flight of stairs. Those were the days! We were so glad our clients put up with some of the inconveniences we had as we grew into a full working studio.

We photographed Chyanne’s senior portraits recently with 4 horses in tow! She’s a great model, this western girl knows how to make a beautiful portrait! We photographed her older sister’s senior portraits a few years back so we were happy to have them call back. We were actually surprised to learn that Chyanne was already a senior! Time flies!

We ave so many wonderful images here, that I had a hard time choosing only 2 to showcase. But these 2 make me happy happy so I will share them with you!

Thanks Ladies and a big thanks to Dad for helping with the horses. You’ve got a great family here!
