We’ve worked with this girl enough to know that we adore her. We did some super senior portraits with her as summer came to an end.  I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by. I think I’ve said that to a few of our models recently. It seems to happen every year, so I’m not sure why it surprises me, every year.

Sarah came with us to Wendover as a model, you can search our blog for more images here of Sarah. Our blog is full of her pretty face.

Sarah is a cheerleader from Bear River High School. She’s graceful and poised and cute and funny. I’m so happy we got to know her and her mother through this. We’ve had many fun times, and that’s what it’s all about. Thanks Sarah! We love you like our own!

Madii is a senior this year, class of 2013 at Provo High. Here is another gracious client who came a long way, and brought 4 horses, 1 dad and a friend/stylist with her for her senior portraits. She’s one of our senior models this year as well, so she’s probably a familiar face. We took these senior portraits the same time Utah was on fire, in fact the place we had discussed going with her ended up catching fire that week so we revamped the plans and had her come here where we’d be safe. :)

Needless to say she’s a little into rodeo. It was a great summer day to be taking her senior portraits. We has a lot of fun in the studio and outdoors. Her horses were all beautiful and awesome! (Even Pita! :) ) We’ve really enjoyed getting to know Madii and her parents. She has lots of great pictures to remember her senior year by. She took advantage of our 8×8 senior album as well as got this composite in a large canvas. It looks amazing. I love seeing prints and canvases arrive at the door. It’s like Christmas! It’s nothing a disc of images will ever get you. This is why we think prints are so important. Madii mentioned to us that she had several friends interested in senior portraits here too. If you are reading this as one of Madiis friends near Pleasant Grove, since she is one of our models, give us a call and mention her name – we can hook you up with a deal where the travel is a factor.

Thanks again guys. It was our pleasure and we hope you are as happy as we are about the session.

Our annual Utah Photography Workshop wrapped up Sunday at 5 pm. My heart is always full after these from watching a successful event come to an end. We appreciate all the hard work in front of the camera and behind the scenes. We have a pretty incredible group to make this one of the best kept secrets out there. A heartfelt thanks to all those who make this possible! Models, Parents, Photographers, Hair and Makeup people and family.

We always have a story or two to tell about the event so I will condense it into a keyword blurb: Slowest elevator in the world; melt your face off heat; blow your eyelashes off wind; detour to the potash plant; hope my key works; lost my keys; wind took my Disney stickers; only lost 2 phones; Saw the cute fireman; $20 hairspray does indeed work in a tornado; 1 year wiser; woke up the vampire bat; Zombies are scary; that’s a nice camera; waddle waddle; Possessed TVs; can you just photoshop that?; magicians moonlight as flight attendants; do that again!; WHAT?!; beds with dents are comfortable too; waddle waddle; isn’t that a song?; …

See you next year. – Shelley

We wre thrilled to have in for her senior portraits this season. Abby is from Rock Springs, Wyoming. Her mom and dad and herself made a day trip out of coming to get her senior portraits done. We are so glad they did. We had a great time and turned out way too many terrific images of her. which is the idea. Abby is the football manager for her varsity football team.A big thanks to Abby for finding us on the world wide web and choosing us! It takes a bit of faith to travel that far for a photographer, so we appreciate the trust and we hope you love your senior portraits as much as we do! Keep smiling and a huge ‘thank you!’

Carly – Senior

September 23, 2008

Adorable Carly was in for her senior portraits. Needless to say, she has some really terrific senior portraits here. Carly did the ‘big whammie’ session, which included our set/indoor/outdoor session. We didn’t run into any critters, but we found a really cool sticker bush that could eat human flesh. There were deer and cows nearby too, but they weren’t up for the photo op.

A big thanks to Carly and Erin for coming to us! We had a great time!
